Red Shrimp

Red Shrimp

(Pleoticus Muelleri)

Its distinctive flavor comes from its marine habitat: caught in the wild, without artificial feeding, without antibiotics and without genetic modification

Its natural red color when raw makes it stand out and its flavor and texture, much like those of lobster, make it a delicacy for the most demanding consumers.

Also, Patagonian Red Shrimp are larger than others shrimps or prawns. In addition, Argentine shrimp are a healthy source of protein. They are low in calories and fat, but provide a good amount of protein as well as Omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins and minerals such as zinc, iron and potassium.
